About Genknit

Thirty years of knitting for the Philippines' brands.

A knitted-fabric and garment manufacturer in Novaliches, Quezon City. We knit, dye, finish, and sew under one roof.

Our story

Started with knitting. Grew into every step.

Genknit Manufacturing Corporation was established in 1993 in Novaliches, Quezon City, to knit cotton fabrics for the local garment industry. Over three decades the company grew into a vertically integrated manufacturer: we now knit, dye, finish, and sew under one roof, and we supply both fabric and finished garments to clothing brands, uniform buyers, and businesses across the country.

The way we work has not changed. We run the business on trust, integrity, and customer service, and we would rather build a long-term partnership than win a single order. That means honest quotations, shades and delivery dates we can keep, and a team that answers to the people it supplies.

What we make

Fabric, color, and garments.

  • Fabrics

Single jersey, pique, interlock, French terry, fleece, rib, jacquard, waffle, and engineered stripes, knitted on Fukuhara circular machines. Supplied to garment makers, or cut and sewn here.

  • Dyeing & finishing

An in-house dye house with European machines and dyes. Color-matched to your standard, for the fabric we knit and for fabric you bring us.

  • Garments

Private-label collections for clothing brands and uniform programs for companies, schools, and organizations, with printing, embroidery, labels, and packing.

Our brands

Our own garment brands.

Beyond manufacturing for others, Genknit owns Neobasic, a Philippine basics brand, and Unitee by Neobasic, our custom apparel and uniform division.

  • Neobasic

Everyday basics in premium cotton, sold under our own label.

  • Unitee by Neobasic

Custom apparel and uniforms for companies, schools, and organizations.

Quality

Checked at every stage, not only at the end.

Yarn is checked before it is knitted, greige fabric before it is dyed, dyed fabric against the approved shade, cut panels before sewing, and finished garments before they are packed.

Because every stage happens under one roof, a problem found at one step is traced back and fixed where it started, instead of being passed down the line to you.
